Duties & Authorities
- Formulate and implement public information service policies.
- Prepare reports on the implementation of public information service policies.
- Coordinate and consolidate the processes of storing, documenting, providing, and delivering public information.
- Coordinate and consolidate the collection of Public Information documents within the company.
- Verify Public Information documents.
- Determine Public Information that can be accessed and is appropriate for publication.
- Conduct testing on the consequences of exempted public information.
- Manage, maintain, and update the Public Information List.
- Provide public information effectively and efficiently to ensure ease of access.
- Supervise, monitor, evaluate, and guide the implementation of technical public information policies by Information Service Officers.
